Supereme Siddhar Shri Muthuvaduganatha Swamigal-Poorna Avatar of the Supreme Parasakthi Annai Varahi
Shri Siddhar Muthuvaduganatha Swamigal as the Poorna Avatar of the Supreme Parasakthi Annai Varahi

The biggest festival at the Samadhi Peetham is on the Chitra Pournami day (March / April of each year).

The other major pooja is the Shree Guru Pooja which is carried out in the month of July / August in the Tamil month of Adi ( Hindu month of Ashada ) on the Rohini Nakshatram day ( this is the sacred day of commemoration of our Supreme Siddhar taking Jiva Samadhi, the actual date being Saturday, August 18, 1833 ).

The entire Tamil month of Adi ( Hindu month of Ashada, which falls in July / August each year ) is sacred to our Supreme Siddhar, particularly the fifth day of the bright fortnight ( also called Ashada Shukla Panchami).
